- Collaborate within the team to deliver, maintain, and support SharePoint and MS Teams services in a high-availability and fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure that the services meet customer needs.
- Assist with Cyber Essentials compliance, including general server patching, CU installations, and reporting.
- Compile monthly usage statistics and manage ServiceNow Tickets.
- Conduct general housekeeping tasks and manage critical systems globally.
- Automate the process of compiling monthly usage statistics.
- Improve monitoring of SharePoint and MS Teams, including data feeds.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Previous experience working in a global organization and an understanding of the core business activities of legal or professional services firms.
- Strong commercial awareness and a continual drive to maximize delivery of business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Self-learner with a passion for learning modern technologies and trying new concepts and approaches.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented individual with a good sense of humor.
- Self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision and handle potentially complex issues.
- Ability to work effectively within a large, globally located team.
