Sephora is looking for a regional Supply Chain Inventory Performance and Analytics Lead its South East Asia (SEA) operations.

Sephora, a division of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH), is a global leader in beauty retailing. It operates more than 2.500 points of sale and 27 websites across Americas, Eu-rope, Middle East and Asia. It aims to animate the most loved beauty community in the world.

Sephora SEA’s Retail activity spans over eight countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Australia, New Zealand and Korea) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as Ion in Singapore and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora e-commerce activities span over eight countries (retail countries excluding India + Philippines).

Sephora SEA is looking to add an experienced Supply Chain Performance and Analytics Lead to reinforce capabilities, improve performance and utilize data to drive changes to the op-erations, all with the view to establish Sephora Supply Chain as an industry leader.

His / her mission is to focus on core Inventory health activities including Return to Vendor (RTV), Supply Chain Performance and Analytics + set priorities for improvements aligned to on-going strategic imperatives. Role reports to the Planning Director for SEA

Coordination with Brands, Merchant and Logistics teams, leading the co-ordination of RTV’s
- Actively reviews inventory holding, including active, excess, discontinued and works with the brands to create a Return to Vendor (RTV) calendar and activity plan
- Conducts regular reviews with key brands to share the OSA, supplier fill rate & stock situa-tion, and brainstorm on improvement plans
- Defines action plans to improve processes, methods and tools, and monitor their imple-mentation.
- Works with Regional Supply Chain/Logistics teams to co-ordinate execution of these RTV’s across 3-5 waves/brand/annum - Exclusive Brands
- Works with Local Supply Chain/Logistics teams to co-ordinate details of RTV’s across 3-5 waves/brand/annum - Selective Brands
- Provides reporting and analysis of the status of RTV’s for the whole of SEA
- Reviews KPI’s and adjusts/identifies areas where required to meet KPI’s

Coordination with Merchant team (category managers), Marketing & Finance
- Actively participates to S&OP process to align all services on sales forecasts, financial plan, launch & animation plans
- Monitors and optimizes RTV and Open-to-buy process to meet our inventory targets
- Actively identifies risk/slow-moving products / discontinued products and creates a collab-orative inventory reduction plan (markdown operations, returns to vendor ) and to en-sure mínimal ageing stock.

Performance Analytics
- Supply Chain Performance reporting in SEA, aligned with Sephora Corporate reporting
- Monitors and publishes Regional Supply Chain KPI's, performs costs and efficiency anal-yses and animates performance review over the region
- Conducts Data Analysis and insights into the data to provide opportunities to enhance performance
- Proposes + follow-up corrective actions plans in case of underperformance

Strategic Business Support
- Support the demand planning team on improving tools for Sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, integrating commercial targets (financial planning, store openings), launch plans, events, animations, seasonality, trends and products lifecycle
- Support the procurement team on improving tools for Purchase Order information and follow up for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, integrating timelines, fill rates, launch plans, events, animations, seasonality, trends and products lifecycle
- Actively reviews Demand Planning Database/outputs to create/build reporting/S&OP to continuously improve the forecast accuracy.
- Actively reviews product Database to ensure accuracy of the product assortment
- Reviews KPIs and adjusts forecasting models to ensure KPIs are met
