**Sales Support Admin**
- Process machines and parts orders, liaising with HQ and dealers
- Issue quotations according to pricing structure to dealers
- Prepare freight estimates for customer orders
- Issue invoices for customer orders and prepayments
- Track customer deliveries, providing ETD and ETA to customers.
- Follow up with customers on payments
- Singapore warehouse stock management, ensuring that machines and parts levels are up to date.
- Maintain and update CRM, ensuring customer feedback and customer satisfaction is captured.
- Tracking of service contracts - invoicing and payments
- Provide administrative support for marketing
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for exhibition and sales
- Coordinate exhibition lead entry and follow up campaign.
- Coordinate marketing campaign with HQ and vendor
- Office general administration
**Requirements**:
Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Working hours
9am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm from Mondays to Fridays (timing to be discussed upon confirmation, minimum of 4 hours of work per day)
