**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences across our platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences and drive creative innovation while working with a collaborative, cross-functional team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and develop user-centered interfaces for websites and digital platforms
- Create responsive website designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Produce engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user interaction
- Drive creative innovation while maintaining usability and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and project managers
- Iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics

**EXPERIENCE**

**Required**:

- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX, web design, and motion graphics
- Advanced proficiency in design tools including:

- Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Motion design tools (After Effects)
- Expert understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Preferred**:

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Previous experience in an agile environment
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
