We’re seeking an experienced **Technical Director**to lead our technical strategy, product expertise, and client support for our portfolio of beauty appliances and parlour equipment. You’ll ensure our clients maximise the value of our products while driving technical excellence across our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technical Leadership**:Oversee product training, technical documentation, and troubleshooting protocols for salon equipment (e.g. laser devices, RF machines, microcurrent, skincare devices, sterilisation units).
- **Product Expertise**:Serve as the ultimate authority on beauty appliances, accessories, and parlour workflows (consultation, treatment, and maintenance).
- **Client Support**:Resolve escalated technical issues; provide expert guidance to salons/clinics on equipment installation, optimisation, and safety compliance.
- **Team Development**:Train sales and mentor teams on technical product knowledge, troubleshooting, and emerging industry trends.
- **Vendor Collaboration**:Work with manufacturers to communicate field feedback, coordinate RMA processes, and influence product enhancements.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all distributed equipment meets regional safety, electrical, and performance standards (e.g., CE, FDA, ISO).
- **Innovation**:Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven devices, sustainable solutions) to expand our product portfolio.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:10+ years in the beauty/aesthetics industry, with **extensive knowledge of parlour equipment, accessories, and treatment protocols**.

**Technical Skills**:Deep expertise in beauty devices (lasers, IPL, ultrasonic, microdermabrasion, steamers, etc.).

Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, HVAC requirements for spas, and salon workflow design.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

**Leadership**:Proven ability to mentor technical teams and collaborate with sales/marketing.

**Communication**:Fluent in translating technical details for non-technical audiences (clients, teams).
