**5 Days Work Week: 8.30am to 5.30pm**

**Salary: Up to $4,500 (depending on experience)
**Responsibilities
**Marketing**
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Responsible for Digital Media Platform support
- Website - content creation, maintain & refresh
- Social Media - (eg. Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, etc) - create, maintain and update
- Online marketing - create to target audience for sales lead generation
- Campaigns - create weekly, quarterly, and targetted, including reports on the success of campaigns
- Web design and SEO skills - experience is required
- Telemarketing - Making/Answering calls to/from potential clients and arranging for visit

**Customer Service**
- Sales & Technical Team Support
- Liaise with existing or potential customers for enquiries or follow-up with sales team
- Liaise with service team and customer for service booking

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder in Digital Media with at least 2 - 3 years in creating, operating and maintaining digital media content.
- Able to work with CRM systems & Google Suite
- Proficient in Wix, Shopify platforms & CRM systems with some coding experience
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
