**About the Role**

We are looking for a Head of Technology who is passionate to make a green impact in the sustainability sector, to lead and build the Technology team to deliver high performance product within AI and innovation. You will be reporting directly into CEO and working with stakeholder across the business units. You will oversee all technology decision making including driving strategy from technical perspective, building roadmap, managing the technology stake along with vendor and people management responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in technology role, managing large scale digital product
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading engineering teams for digital product development or enterprise system integration projects
- Experience in creating technology vision and roadmap, with scalable digital solutions from inception to launch
- Solid knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure
- Experience in AI, Blockchain, Cloud or IoT domain
- Good to have experience with agile methodologies
- Added advantage to have experience in exchange traded products
- Ability to effectively lead a high performing technology team
- Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders across all levels
