**We are expecting**
a passionate and enthusiastic **Solutions Architect **who will act as a trusted advisor to our customer's beginning as a presales activity while aiding the customer's transformational journey through the adoption of our solutions portfolio. You will work closely with the Sales to cover accounts in Hong Kong and Macau, establishing Arcfra as an innovative leader in enterprise customers and local partners. You'll provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and guide prospects through technical evaluations (POCs) which are critical to the deal's success. Additionally, you will work with various teams to resolve customer concerns, escalate product issues, and serve as an ambassador for our brand.
- Utilize your technical expertise, sales ability, and exceptional customer focus to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and training sessions remotely or at customer locations and Arcfra facilities, ensuring that partners and customers fully understand the benefits of our solutions.
- Play an active role in consulting with prospective users and conducting product capability assessments and validations to support the technical sales process.
- Install, support, and maintain Arcfra solutions during pre-sales proof of concept deployments.
- Foster long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor to our customers, identifying opportunities and selling Arcfra solutions.
**We wish you**
- Have 5+ years of Sales Engineering in a high-tech sales environment with a successful track record of driving customer adoption of technology.
- Prior experience working at or with VMWare, Nutanix, Citrix, DELL EMC and Redhat is an advantage.
- You must possess a high level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge, including a thorough understanding of one or more of the following areas: Hyper-converged Infrastructure (HCI), Virtualization, Storage, Networking, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
- You must have the ability to motivate, train, and conduct seminars with our partners to increase Arcfra’s revenues within Hong Kong.
- You should have a proven track record of maintaining relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
- You should be flexible, dependable, a self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
- You are a highly trusted individual who maintains and expects a high standard for yourself and your team.
- Business fluent Cantonese & English is required for this role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent technical experience is preferred.
Pay: $5,691.99 - $15,593.32 per month
