**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand the firm’s market presence.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0-5 years of working experience in executive search and consulting industry.
- Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
