**Collaborate with the best-known global brands**

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Learning and gaining in depth experience in Micro-segmentation, zero trust network security
- Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues
- Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams
- Leading investigations on Akamai's Guardicore Micro segmentation and Zero Trust product for customers
- Analyzing existing technical issues on Akamai's Guardicore Micro segmentation and Zero Trust product and proposing solutions to prevent issues recurring

**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 3+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields
- Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers
- Have high availability and a responsiveness mindset
- Basic knowledge of any Scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python would be an added advantage
- Based in Singapore and Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Have experience supporting customers across Greater China region will be a plus
