**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure an accurate, on-time and efficient financial reporting & consolidation process at Nespresso Group level, for E2E management reporting and group reporting in accordance to Nestle accounting standards (NAS) within Nespresso's Principal model.
- Maintain and develop the C&R system supporting the 'resale minus' margin elimination. Orchestrate the work of the group-wide reporting community in order to ensure compliant & rock-solid financial statements.
- Act as central point of contact and reporting advisor for all Nespresso Markets within the Nespresso Group and represent Nespresso towards the Nestlé FC-GAR team at the Centre.
- Provide transparency on main business KPI’s via the preparation of the relevant data sets and the establishment of standardized and relevant reports, dashboards (Daily Sales, RIG, P&L) while maintaining accurate and timely financial records in full compliance with legal and corporate standards. Provide relevant variance analysis for actuals, plans and YTG.
- Organize efficiently, manage, perform and control 'end to end' reporting activities across Nespresso Markets/HQ
- Orchestrate the alignment of all stakeholders in the Markets, at NBS and at HQ to perform an efficient and smooth consolidation and reporting process, including procedures and timelines. Represent Nespresso towards Nestle FC-GAR Consolidation and Reporting team.
- Promote alignment towards PEC Best Practices across markets (accruals, documentation, Standard Operating Procedures) and standardization of reports (layouts, frequency, structure etc.). Ensure system allows to record Financials in line with compliant and harmonized accounting treatments (i.e. promotions, leases....), based on accounting standards and consultation of experts (i.e.. FC-GAR).
- Drive projects related to process improvements within the scope, participate in cross functional projects. Particularly the development and the evolution of our Resale Minus Consolidation Model and Tool (BFC), as well as the available granularity in performance measurement at local and E2E level. Develop ability to connect BFC Consolidation & Reporting tool to BI landscape in order to enable usage of front end solution for reporting.
- Participate to the hedging activities by aligning reporting and consolidation systems to reflect FX operations properly. Provide FX simulations for the piloting of the group results.
- Support knowledge sharing on period-end close and reporting processes and tools (SAP Business Warehouse) within the controller community. Document all procedures as part of standard operating procedure and end-user documentation
- Support group in the generation of corporate finance insights.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business administration, finance or accounting
- Sustainable performance in Finance or with prior experience in senior position in accounting, audit (internal & external), consolidation and reporting
