That individual must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. He/she must also be extremely customer-oriented with a friendly deposition and patient to deal with end-users’ technical issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact to all staff who seek technical assistance and represent the customer-centricity of the IT department
- To fully manage, support and attend to all staff promptly and efficiently across all departments by providing solutions to any technical issues related to hardware, software, network, servers, etc.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by staff.
- Guide the staff through the problem-solving process.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update technical issues’ status and information.
- Ensure all staffs’ workstations are equipped with necessary production tools such as proper software, updated patches and licenses to carry out their work efficiently on a daily basis.
- Conduct monthly and/or quarterly maintenance checks on all equipment to avoid any undetected hazards and unauthorized installations by any staff.
- To always maintain cleanliness and tidiness of working areas, and making it pleasant for everyone not limited to the IT workspaces, personal desk area, server room and storage areas.
- Work closely with the studio management, IT management, TD, CG supervisor or any stakeholders in optimising the current pipeline and build a robust and efficient workflow by supporting the required underlying infrastructure.
- Work on any other IT or tech related matters or projects as when required by different stakeholders internal or external.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
- Strong customer service ethos and friendly deposition
- Ability to work well with all types of users
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships
- Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in related fields.
- Having a skill for networking would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
