**Responsibilities**:

- To assist and support Project Leader or Director in any type of architectural or/and interior design projects
- To develop designs throughout all stages from feasibility studies to detail design, under project supervision
- To assist in preparation of presentation boards and project contract administration works
- To attend consultant and project meetings, assisting project leader in minutes writing

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Diploma holder from recognized institutions
- Passion for design and taking initiative to responding in direction
- Able to liaise with clients, consultants and handle projects
- Competent in CAD, Photoshop, Revit/ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Office
- Basic required skill(s): Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Participate in luxury F&B specific projects only
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills in regards to schedule management etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote work arrangements.
- Adaptability to work in different time zones and coordinate with international clients.
