Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our interior design and renovation projects. You will assist the design team with space planning, drawings, material selection, and project coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the interior design industry and gain hands-on project experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing 2D drawings, layout plans, and design presentations
  • Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings
  • Support in sourcing materials, finishes, and fittings
  • Coordinate sample submissions and maintain material library
  • Follow up with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Provide on-site support for design implementation when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp or Photoshop is a plus
  • Good sense of design, materials, and spatial layout
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Fresh graduates or interns looking for full-time roles are welcome
  • Singaporean or PR preferred
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese.
