**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be at the helm of our technological innovation and product development efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Technology Strategy**:Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives. Lead the exploration of emerging technologies to enhance the performance, accuracy, and usability of our gas detection alarms and systems.
- **Product Innovation**:Drive the innovation of our gas detection products by overseeing the research, design, and development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
- **System Integration**:Lead the integration of advanced technologies, such as IoT connectivity, data analytics, and cloud solutions, to create comprehensive and interconnected gas detection systems tailored to the needs of various industrial sectors.
- **Quality and Compliance**:Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Implement robust testing and validation processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of our solutions.
- **Team Leadership**:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to nurture the team's growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the field of industrial safety technology.
- Strong track record of successfully leading the development and launch of technologically advanced products in the safety or related sector.
- Expertise in gas detection technology, IoT integration, data analytics, and system architecture.
- Deep understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
