Orion Systems Integration Pte Ltd is a leading player in the automation industry, specializing in innovative solutions for industrial automation projects. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator**to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from quotation to delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and issue sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, and other trade documentation.
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain and update sales records and databases on a daily basis to ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and payments to support sales closure and revenue collection.
- Generate and tabulate monthly and annual sales reports for management review.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align on billing, or delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the automation or engineering sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a keen interest in contributing to the company's sales growth
