The role

Supports the Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications in her role to create and provide quality internal and external communications materials that allow stakeholders to better understand and appreciate the business activities of the Group.

Key accountabilities

Supports corporate events like press conferences/ interviews/roadshows, office visits, photo shoots, product launches, advertising & promotions campaigns and customer/partner networking events
Source, negotiate and manage agencies and vendors (as needed) during events
Support website updates for our corporate webpages
Plan and broaden social media presence to expand the business reach internationally
Support internal communications activities (townhalls, DeClout Day etc)
Help ensure brand and communications assets are current and accurate, and that all communications adhere to brand guidelines

Skills & experience

**Essential**:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications / Marketing/ Design-related disciplines
1-3 years’ working experience in content creation / marketing
Ability to use Adobe suite of design tools (i.e. Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Indesign/ Premiere Pro) effectively
Familiar with social media platforms and website tools such as Wordpress
Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred**:
A strong eye for aesthetics and a knack for storytelling
A strong interest in social / digital media marketing
HTML, WordPress and SEO knowledge
Strong written and verbal communications skills
**Great troubleshooting skills**: ability to react quickly and positively to changing requirements
