Our Completions and Wellbore Interventions manufacturing team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality and innovative products.

**Ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing plant**

As a Lead Procurement Specialist - Machine Parts, you will be responsible for:

- Monitor the capacity of Eastern Hemisphere machining suppliers and manage level loading to ensure a steady supply of machine parts to EH plants.
- Develop machining suppliers to support product transition from west to east.
- Directing plant machining buyers to strategic / right suppliers.
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Maintain constant contact with all machining buyers, procurement managers, and category team members.
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Working goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event.
- Overall responsible for machining spend in EH and drive value creation.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Sourcing).
- Have minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sourcing/Procurement.
- Have good knowledge on SAP system is mandatory.
- Have basic understanding for machining is mandatory.
- Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
- Leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
