**About the role**

Join the dynamic sales team at **UTOP Paints (Singapore) PTE. LTD** as a **Sales Trainee** in our Marine and Industrial Coating Division. This full-time position with commission-based incentives is designed for young talents who are eager to build a rewarding career in technical sales. You’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales across the maritime and industrial coating industry. After the training, you'll play a crucial part in expanding our client base and market share.

**What you'll be doing**
- Learn to identify and approach new clients in the marine and industrial coating markets
- Participate in client meetings and product presentations with senior sales staff
- Understand customer needs and help prepare customized product recommendations
- Assist in drafting sales quotations and basic contract terms
- Maintain communication with customers and collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Support the creation of sales reports and pipeline tracking
- Receive product and technical training from our coating experts
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum O Level education and A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field will be advantage
- No prior experience required — fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in industrial B2B sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, self-motivated, and persistent
- Able to speak and write in English, and able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
- Possessing Class 3 Driving License and own transport is a plus

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,279.88 per month
