- Position Title**:Export Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator**:
- Working Location: Bishan
- Working Hours: 5 days (8.30 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $3,200 + AWS**:
- Duration: Permanent Role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the export process from start to finish, working with the Export Executive in supporting the Export Sales Manager.
- Responsible for preparing export documentation including letters of credit, bills of lading, air waybills, and other export compliance documents needed to successfully ship and clear international orders.
- Communicate to customers on information about rates, shipping options and timelines.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and overseas customers.
- Evaluate issues and disputes related to customs, logistics and damaged items, and inform customers about the cause of shipment delays.
- Ensure cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, in relevant field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in shipping/logistics in a trading company.
- Knowledge of Export-Import procedures, Incoterms, Custom clearance procedures & documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
