The role of an F45 Trainer will include the following:

- Class intro, explain demo's, warm-up and cool down
- Understand and master F45 tech and be able to troubleshoot tech issues.
- Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises in class,performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
- Provide modification for members as needed
- Technique correction as needed throughout the session
- Wipe down and reset equipment for next class.
- Build positive relationships with members and encourage an F45 Team Environment.
- Help to retain members and encourage member sign up
- Set up of following days session (if working last shift).
- Admin, Social Media Marketing across FB and Instagram.
