**Responsibilities**:

- Support RMs' businesses and relevant divisions by providing credit market information, analysis for portfolios and distributing market information
- Collaborate with senior staff and conduct Early Warning framework in region through providing comprehensive research analysis to RMs and Credit Divisions
- Contribute to front-line ACPMO activities in Credit Solution team and support credit insurance premium payment routines
- Assist the team leader in monitoring the progress of the various initiatives by obtaining updates from staffs and support the development of the office/team's strategy
- Conduct front-middle function in the Planning team and contribute to risk management robustness by performing daily reporting on credit risk position/P&L and monthly credit insurance exposure management etc.
- Support ACPMO staffs through providing general administration works such as expense payment, travel arrangement etc.
- Act fast and properly as assistant for Head of ACPMO by liaising closely with relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulator instructions on ACPMO activities
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement within the office and support the implementation. Maintain good working knowledge of industry, products, relevant laws and regulations, company policies and guidelines
- Handle expense payment, peruse properness and efficiency of the usage

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 1 year of work experience within the banking or financial institution industry.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and financial analysis/numbers
- Degree qualified
- Good communication skills to liaise multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
- Good experience in coordinating events and schedules for Management
- Positive attitude for wide range of administration works
- Basic banking knowledge is a plus
- Work experience in credit portfolio management / credit hedging / credit distribution is a plus
