We're looking for a detail-driven People Analytics Specialist to turn HR data into powerful insights. You'll support analytics, reporting, and employee listening initiatives that directly shape our people strategy and drive smarter HR decisions.

**What you will do**:

- Analyze, clean, and visualize HR data to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making across HR functions
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, workforce trends, and DEI indicators
- Support employee engagement initiatives through survey design, data analysis, and pulse checks
- Contribute to ESG and DEI reporting, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Drive efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and developing workflows using tools like Power Automate
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored data solutions and clearly communicate insights that inform business strategy.

**What you bring**:

- Experience & Personal Competencies_
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of HR processes and metrics; experience with survey tools and automation (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus
- Familiarity with coding (R/Python) and advanced analytics techniques like regression or predictive modeling is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with a curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
