**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Communication Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing external and internal communications, and ensuring our messaging aligns with our business goals.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of internal and external communication, including content creation, and social media strategies.
- Lead brand positioning efforts to enhance market presence and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling campaigns and strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
