Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at HAUS 217, a premier venue for weddings, events, product launches, and more. This role is ideal for a creative and self-motivated individual who excels in marketing, visual content creation, and customer interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation and Marketing:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote HAUS 217.
- Create engaging visual and written content to showcase the venue's features and capabilities across various media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and reach potential clients.

2. Client Engagement and Hosting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients interested in viewing HAUS 217.
- Conduct venue viewings and presentations, highlighting the space's potential for various events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized attention and addressing inquiries with expertise.

3. Sales and Commission:

- Facilitate the booking process, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Work on a commission basis, with earnings tied to successful viewings and venue bookings.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase bookings and maximize venue utilization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, especially in content creation and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for client interaction and hosting.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the events industry is a plus.
