To prepare design calculations for building facade using design software.
- To review calculation and shop drawings to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and specification.
- Conducting feasibility studies, site assessments, and engineering analyses to ensure project viability
- Collaborating with project managers, quantity surveyors, and project teams to provide solutions to structural issues of facade works
- Ensuring designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process
- Continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness
- To responsible and preparation for BCA submission for approval

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in civil or structural engineering design in a facade industry
- Proficient in the use of design software, such as AutoCAD, Bentley, and structural analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
