**Roles & Responsibilities**

He/she will get the opportunity to:

- Lead the team in a clinical research project, namely analyzing immune responses in patients chronically infected with Hepatitis B virus that receive a therapeutic vaccine.
- Liaise with industry partner/s on samples and project discussion
- Plan and perform experiments, analyze and discuss data with the project team to move forward and maintain good records and reports.
- Process and store clinical samples and keep good inventory of samples required for the project.
- Perform various techniques such as multicolor flow cytometry, ELISpot, blood processing and primary humancell culture.

Job Requirements:

- PhD in a related scientific area.
- At least two years of experience in PBMC isolation and tissue culture techniques is required.
- Prior flow cytometry experience would be an advantage.
- Competent knowledge of HBV and SARs-cov-2 pathogenesis is required
- Highly organized individual who is motivated to learn, take responsibility for the project, pay attention to detail and take initiative.
