Singapore ELCOME INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibility Area (KRA)**
- To prepare orders as per LPO (Local Purchase Order) received
- Assist Branch Manager in office administration and stock management
- Import & Export of shipment for service jobs.
- Dispatch items to customers/agents for sale/service
- Dispatch equipment for repair/calibration and follow-up
- Operate POD (Print on Demand) machine, print and fold carts as per orders received.
- To arrange the delivery of charts as per orders received.
- Preparing quotations of all CNP of all CNP inquiries is required.
- To coordinate with courier co. for the dispatch and collection of shipments.
- Responsible for QHSE participation.

**Job Requirements**:

- A graduate or diploma holder
- One to two years’ experience in office administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
- To be part of a team & an out of the box thinker

Having a light vehicle driving license would be an added advantage.
