**The Role
We are looking for an Administrative Executive to join our team to facilitate the effective delivery of our programmes. The requirement of the administrative executive is to track the progress of programmes and administrative grant matters such as claims, budgets and audits. As a member of a small team, you will be required to work flexibly across the organisation and bring an open and can-do attitude. Activities will be both internal and external facing, and may be undertaken in consultation with the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, as appropriate.

Responsibilities will include:

- To up-keep finance utilisation and liaise with the finance department for the processing of invoice and claims
- Develop work processes/systems to improve and optimise the efficiency in administrative claims and office processes
- To support overall office functions and provide secretariat support to key company meetings
- To assist in audit-related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Assisting with the maintenance of the CRM database with regards to startups participating in MedTech Actuator programs and events, including data migration and updates
- To provide administrative and logístical support for events
- Perform other duties as assigned

Essential
- A good diploma in business administration or relevant disciplines;
- Experience in grant administration, fund management and commercialisation environment;
- Strong representational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to network and communicate effectively (oral and written) with a wide variety of stakeholders at a senior level, including technology, government, corporate, and research;
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively in a multi-geographical team setting;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing a diverse workload;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite;
- Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner

Desirable
- Experience working within an accelerator, incubator, startup or innovation environment
- Experience or knowledge of medical technology/healthcare commercialisation or within the science/clinical community with a demonstrated ability to write about science, health, and technology.
