**HR & Operations Manager (5 Days / HarbourFront)**
**Responsibilities (HR)**:
- Prepare monthly payroll, including processing of reimbursements, CPF and claims.
- Handle Ministry Surveys and Grants as assigned.
- Apply, issue & renew passes for foreign workers and monitor Work Pass quota.
- Administrate all relevant paperwork for employees including employment contracts, onboarding/off boarding matters and entry of information into HR & Payroll system.
- Look out and send staff for courses to enhance on their job productivity.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act and TAFEP Guidelines.
- Handle all HR, operations, related matters including but not limited to attending to associate enquiries, performance/grievances/morale management, counselling, termination etc.
**Responsibilities (Operations)**:
- Maintain the organisation’s awareness of PDPA requirements by keeping abreast of PDPA requirements and amendments to regulations and guidelines.
- Execute the entire renovation and maintenance process of company by partnering with agency appointed vendors.
- Represent company to liaise with parent company for all the training, event, seminar forecast, general and ad hoc issue.
- Support Internal department deemed necessary.
- Derive solutions base on work related with a neutral and objective standpoint.
- Responsible to liaise with landlord such as: tenancy agreement and office matters.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years and above of experience in HR generalist.
- Good knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and legislations.
- Exposure in compensation and benefits an added advantage.
- Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle issues with tact & diplomacy and exhibit integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize while handling multiple or any ad-hoc tasks.
- Fast learner with good interpersonal and written communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person
