- Daily monitoring of vessels positions/schedules

- Arranging/Negotiating bunker purchases for vessels in charge with traders/suppliers worldwide
- Coordination of hold/hull cleaning procedure with technical departments and Master
- Checking and approval of B/L drafts, commission invoices, FDA, bunker invoices and notifications for pre-funding to the accounting
- Negotiating/Defending underperformance claims from Charterers
- Any other duties as per required from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- Job requirements:
- Degree in Maritime Study or Graduate of a recognized university in a Maritime related course.
- Minimum 3 years operations experience in dry bulk and a full understanding of handysize/supramax bulk shipping
- Team player who works well with others, but who can work as an individual and make independent decisions
- Good skills in Microsoft office, IMOS, CFM, SEDNA will be an advantage
- Proficient in English
- Attention to detail
