**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to conduct hygiene training for the production personnel.
- Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
- Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
- Perform and maintain relevant food safety records.
- Perform routine sampling and check quality of incoming raw materials and end products.
- Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company's and government regulatory standard.
- Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
- Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is in place at all times.
- Collaborate and work effectively within cross functional teams.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2years of working experience in the related field, preferably in F&B industry for this position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good initiative and effective communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and employees).

**Salary**: Up to $3,200.00 per month
