**Knowledge / Responsibilities / Experience**
- Good Knowledge in Configure / Setup / Manage New Microsoft SQL Server Instances
- In-Depth Knowledge and experience in ALWAYSON & SQL DB Mirroring replication technologies
- Good experience in Database Migrations and upgrades from one version to another version
- Experience in Data Center Relocation and Migration
- Experience in database management including backups, recovery, and maintenance
- Good in Production Problem Troubleshooting Skills during performance Problems/Issues
- Good in Monitoring all Indexes, Statistics, Locks, I/O, database response time, Wait events, top sessions, and background processes.
- Configure and Manage SQL Security Settings.
- Knowledge in setting up Database Encryption (TDE)
- Knowledge on Windows Operation System
- Proactively Monitor SQL Server Maintenance Tasks, troubleshoot failed Jobs and resolve Issues in a timely manner
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong Communication (verbal and written) and Presentation skills

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years hands-on experience supporting SQL Server 2016, 2019 RDBMS Versions.
- 5+ years Hands on experiences on SQL Server RDBMS installation upgrade and patching including ALWAYSON and SQL DB Mirroring replication technologies.
- Experienced in utilizing monitoring and performance tools such as Microsoft SCOM and reading / interpreting performance reports.
- Experienced in writing PowerShell scripts and T-SQL Scripts.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams
