PM Group Singapore is currently looking to hire
**Project Manager** to support our client's need to oversee the upgrades/integration of automation systems which includes MES. The incumbent will be involved in working with multiple stakeholder in ensuring the highest possible efficiency in budget and costing.

**Location: West**

**Period: 8-9 months**

**Hours (Minimum): 40 hours/ week**

**Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities**:

- Experience in stakeholder management, project planning, cost control, contract management, risk
- management, quality management and change management
- Good professional knowledge of design, develop, and test various Automation Systems
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical and automation systems like PLC Control Panel, LV Switchboard, and Engine Control Panel
- Good knowledge and understanding in cGMP, Change Control, Deviation Management, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, and Computerized System Validation
- Ability to connect with different stakeholders to understand the expectation for improvement, work out the new System Architecture with key functional requirements, and finalize the upgrade proposal with vendor in terms of both commercial and technical aspects
- Guide the CSV and Automation engineers to raise the change control proposal and perform Impact Assessment, approve the Change Control
- Review and approve the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents, including Quality
- Assurance Plan (QAP), Requirements Specification (RS), Functional Design Specification (FDS),
- Hardware Design Specification (HDS), Software Design Specification (SDS), Configuration Design
- Specification (CDS), System Architecture (ARC), Quality and Functional Risk Assessment, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and Quality Assurance Summary Report (QASR)
- Manage the resource planning/assignment, CAPEX budget, forecast the project cash flow, support the new asset capitalization and existing asset disposition

- Good grasp of project management principals
- Schedule/ Budget/ Stage Gates/ Documentation
- Excellent written/ oral and presentation skills
- Adaptable
- Understand the stages we will go through with project (fit gap assessment of blueprint/ infrastructure build/ equipment and OT changes/ configure and build soln/ changes required for local plant/ FAT/ UAT/ SAT etc.
- Understanding of MES / OT systems
