We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract to help shape our digital presence across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this individual contributor role, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing & Brand Communications, gaining hands-on experience in both strategic planning and execution. You’ll have autonomy in managing digital projects while being part of a dynamic, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Website Content: Update and maintain our company website using our Content Management System (CMS). Ensure content is engaging, up-to-date, and optimised for our audiences across APAC.
- Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use digital analytics tools to track website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to the team and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teammates who are in design, content writing, and solution experts to develop compelling marketing materials. Coordinate with regional technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Project Management: Keep marketing projects on track from start to finish. Ensure deadlines are met, communicate progress regularly, and proactively address any challenges to keep things moving smoothly.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):

- Education: Polytechnic diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a related role. Experience in a tech or cybersecurity company is highly desirable.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing websites and running digital campaigns (agency or client-side).
- Regional Familiarity: Familiarity with the APAC market is a plus, though not essential.

- Adaptable & Eager to Learn: Comfortable adjusting to new tools or changes in strategy. Enthusiastic about learning more on cybersecurity topics and marketing trends.

Technical Background Requirements (Web & CMS, Analytics & Data):

- Web & CMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems to create and edit web pages. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
- Analytics & Data: Strong skills in digital analytics - proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar to monitor website and campaign performance. Able to interpret data to draw insights and recommendations.
- SEO & SEM Knowledge: Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practices and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles. Experience with keyword research and optimisation techniques is advantageous.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Design & Content Tools: Experience using basic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus for collaborating with designers or creating simple visuals.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data to track budgets, campaign results, and ROI, using insights to guide decision-making.
