**What the role is**
- The Assistant Manager/Manager will plan and deliver test administration services in accordance with customers’ requirements, to achieve divisional objectives and organisational goals.
**What you will be working on**
- Successful applicant will play an active role in the planning and administration of the tests and examinations. The key responsibilities include: - Manage the end-to-end planning, administration and conduct of large-scale tests and examinations, to ensure timely delivery of quality service while upholding the integrity of the examinations. - Manage and respond to customers’ queries in an accurate, prompt and timely manner, to meet customers’ expectations. - Gather and collate feedback from clients on services rendered - Maintain current databases on work assignments, and documentation of reports. - Provide other support to achieve success for the team - Work with the team to conduct reviews on existing processes to make continuous improvements.
