**Job Description & Requirements**
You will be responsible to utilize product domain knowledge and sound engineering practices, to

carry out firmware functional test activities for Industrial Automation controller products.

You are going to represent your team in the agile development environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the software testing group in the projects,
- Estimates efforts and create strategic planning for the test activities.
- Understand and translate Requirements, Design/Functional Specifications to define test requirements, and design test cases
- Develop test ware, test script and execute software functional tests based on company's guidelines
- Participate in reviews for feature requirements
- Generate test report / test results to the stakeholders
- Debug failures, report and track anomalies
- Perform regression testing
- Monitor execution progress and ensure team accountability.
- Monitor the quality deliverables from the test group
- Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases for continuous improvement
- Drive improvements progress and process compliance

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Practical knowledge and experience of testing embedded devices, and knowledge of industrial automation would be added advantage.
- Practical experience of writing coded test using Python, Java/Kotlin or C/C++, and source control tools (GIT).
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Well versed in the Agile product development lifecycle.
- Ability to work in teams or independently, action-oriented, and possesses strong drive for results
- Focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills
