**Key Responsibilities**:
Sourcing:

- Search for suppliers/ecommerce partners in each APAC market
- Rewards solutions (physical items, gift cards & digital rewards)
- Validate, benchmark & analysis of suppliers per country
- Select competitive suppliers and product offerings
- Regular review of pricing, SLA, and T&C

Procurement:

- Negotiate pricing, discounts & rebates
- Negotiate contract and terms as applicable
- Monitor and measure profitability.
- Develop seasonal catalog & offers from partners.
- Recommend technology integration

Operations:

- Quarterly management review and recommendations
- Coordinate and update with internal operations team
- Advise and recommend internal standards and guidelines
- Provide trainings to suppliers for the use of internal tools & standards
- Manage supplier engagement (risk, relationship, and market intelligence)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement / Sourcing / Purchasing
- Skilled in sourcing of merchandising, digital rewards, gift cards, and experiential rewards
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset, process & methodology oriented
- Fluent in English & Chinese languages (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Regional experience highly desirable
