Professional Education Manager, Vision Apac

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Professional Education Manager, JJV APAC to join our Vision team located in Singapore.

**Position Summary**
- Partner Snr Manager Professional Education APAC, in developing and implementing regional Professional Education strategies and programs for ECP or HCP education, professional skill and knowledge enhancement and behavioral change in the area of understanding and prescribing, fitting and recommending Johnson & Johnson Vision products and launching NPI.
- Key focus in Vision Care: enabling ECPs to support fitting of new contact lens (CL) wearers, retention of existing wearers and ensuring ECPs understand ACUVUE technology differentiation via omnichannel professional education content & touchpoints.
- Focus within Surgical Vision: build and execute regional professional education initiatives and working with local markets and cross-functional stakeholders to drive regional professional education strategy and execution when there is a business need
- Support APAC Professional Education & Development Team to execute regional initiatives in markets such as regional online, hybrid or offline events
- Develop regional professional education toolkits to be utilized by local markets
- Partner professional associations & key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather professional insights and deliver content and engagement in line with Prof Ed strategy
- Lead and develop Professional Education digital strategy and engagement plan e.g. Learning System (LMS) or content management system in APAC to expand ECP database, education footprint, as well as development, tracking & reporting of key performance metrics
- Support Surgical Vision professional education within markets on content and best practices delivery

**Main areas of responsibility**
- Execute the APAC Professional education strategy in line with business priorities and strategy.
- Aid in insights generation to guide regional Prof ED strategy and deliverables to markets e.g. ECP survey, market research. Understand the education needs of eye care professionals.
- Ideation, development, approval of professional education materials for deployment to markets in line with ECP education needs, regional strategy, brand guidelines, health care compliance, VEEVA guidelines for existing products and NPI (e.g. for podium presentations, videos, demo tools)
- Lead execution of regional prof Ed events to ensure effective education engagement, agenda, content, post-event reporting & management (e.g. ad boards, congresses, symposia, webinars, user forums)
- Lead and develop Professional Education digital engagement for online learning and online professional content management in APAC to expand ECP/HCP database via platforms such as Absorb (learning management system) and digital footprint, & streamline insight generation as well as development, tracking & reporting of key performance metrics (including but not limited to professional hubs GA4 stats)
- Create new and maintain existing relationships with associations and key opinion leaders to amplify reach and industry share of voice within education activities
- Ensure all professional education activities are in line with compliance guidelines

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum **education required for competent performance**:

- Bachelor’s degree in science or optometry (ideally with optician, optometrist or ophthalmology qualifications and experience)
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in eye care industry.

**Preferred**:

- Experience within professional education, medical affairs, professional marketing within a multi-national company is preferred.
- Understanding of education principles, digital education and engagement, KOL management are also preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
