**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of project-related authorities and submission requirements for power plant construction and related E&M installations
- Lead and oversee project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure projects are completed on time
- Project planning and project management
- Ensure cost control and project completion on budget
- Report to the senior management and be fully responsible for the effective implementation and completion of construction projects undertaken by the company on time, at cost and with quality.
- Maintain close liaison with main contractors, architects, consultants and authorities; develop guidelines and provide expertise and oversight to the team.
- Ensure compliance and contractual requirements
- Develop good working relationships with our consultants, clients and across departments
- Enforce disciplinary action for violations while maintaining a cohesive and harmonious environment
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

- At least 6 years’ experience in power construction industry
- Proven work experience in power construction project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Independent, organized and positive working attitude
- Excellent decision maker and team player
