**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading technical change management, design, and development, testing strategy, defect management, integrations and APIs, implementation, deployment strategy, hypercare/operational/retirement support, and environment management for new and existing solutions.
- Contributes to innovative initiatives to develop product line systems integration and build capabilities, including automation and continuous integration.
- Drive DevSecOps automation initiative to bring operational efficiencies in systems deployment, testing, and validations.
- Drive solution implementations through global, cross-functional teams.
- Engage in innovative enterprise initiatives to refresh technology strategies and promotes architectural standards and consistency.
- Perform fit-gap analysis of existing IT systems and implement improvement steps to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends to guide business partners on emerging opportunities.
- Take ownership of producing and maintaining product lifecycle documents (SDLC).
- Demonstrate behaviors associated with building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

**Education**

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

**Minimum Experience Required**

Minimum 5 years of IT technical analysis and or solution development/delivery experience with large-scale validated systems.

**Skills/Knowledge Required**
- Ability to learn new technologies and business processes with a minimum of 3 years of technical hands-on engineering and solution delivery experience with a GxP system using Cloud Services.
- Experienced in DevSecOps tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Cloudbees CD, Black Duck, App Secure, and XRAY.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and My SQL database concepts and PL/SQL.
- Experience with using AI/ML/OCR technology will be an added advantage
- Experience with different delivery methods in a highly regulated environment (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with GxP validations focuses on GCP (Good Clinical Practices).
- Strong teamwork and partnership skills.
- Willingness to adopt new ways of working.

**Skills/Knowledge/Experience Preferred**
- Ability to understand, align, and integrate IT business and solution architecture with business solutions.
- Background including Application Integration and SDLC deliverables.
- Proven knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical space
- Clinical, Safety, and Regulatory IT and relevant business areas.
- Experience with pharmaceutical safety case intake, processing, signaling, reporting, and analytics.
- Familiarity with and understanding of regional languages (Chinese and or Japanese).
- Having an attitude to seek input from others who have a different perspective, background, or experience to identify and eliminate personal and organizational 'blind spots.
