Job Overview

The Contract AVP Business Analyst is a crucial role that involves analysing data, preparing requirement documents and presentation packs. The key responsibilities of this position include conducting SIT/UAT testing, delivering communications and training for operational readiness, managing and tracking projects, deliverables and sign-offs, communicating status, issues and risks to sponsors and stakeholders, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), fostering relationships with business and tech stakeholders, documenting strategic requirements backed by business cases, benefits and KPIs, implementing best practices, standardising processes and controls, supporting full program lifecycle including testing and readiness planning, and facilitating change to reduce risk profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare requirement documents and presentation packs.
  • Conduct SIT/UAT testing and ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Deliver communications and training for operational readiness.
  • Manage and track projects, deliverables and sign-offs.
  • Communicate status, issues and risks to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance on business operations.
  • Foster relationships with business and tech stakeholders.
  • Document strategic requirements backed by business cases, benefits and KPIs.
  • Implement best practices, standardise processes and controls, and support full program lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Skilled in analysis, data management and problem-solving using Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence etc.
