**About the role**:
The primary focus of the Cloud Solutions Architect role at Orange Business Services is presales on cloud solutions and supporting the local sales and business development team. The role is Asia-Pacific and will provide for Singapore predominantly as well as ANZ, ASEAN and AJK.
- Orange Cloud for Business within Orange Business solutions include services related to Public Cloud, Datacentre, Private Cloud, and network technologies. These services include infrastructure optimisation, cloud migrations, cloud adoption, and consolidation including server, storage, backup, DR and remote outsourced infrastructure management.
- Will also be responsible for shortening the sales cycle by overcoming technical hurdles and coming up with innovative solutions that address customer requirements. Drive sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability, and a superior customer focus.

**The Cloud Solution Architect’s key accountabilities are**:

- Achievement in Orange Cloud for Business (OCB) revenue targets
- Development of quality solution designs and architecture frameworks
- Maintenance of technical and market knowledge

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the sales team to engage with customers gaining a deep understanding of their current environment, future business needs and translating these into opportunities
- Lead technical workshops with customers to confirm requirements and define a future roadmap
- Demonstrate ability to relate business problems to solutions, services, and products within the portfolio
- Lead workshops, assessments, and advisory engagements as either presales or consulting resource
- Maintain current technical certifications
- Develop high-level solution design artefacts, workshop content, proposals, quotes, and customer presentations
- Present Orange Cloud for Business (OCB) vision and technologies, strategy, and product roadmaps to both technical and non-technical executives
- Develop and deliver presentations to multiple stakeholders ranging from internal sales to executive and C-level audiences
- Assist in developing Go-To-Market strategy documentation and collateral
- Understand Orange Cloud for Business’ technology and product roadmap, and provide input to product development
- Provide training and enablement to the sales and presales teams to increase their technical knowledge
- Support pre-sales proofs-of-concept and technical demos
- Develop Statement of Works and high-level designs for RFPs
- Assist in transitioning opportunities from Presales to Project Management teams

**About you**:
**Requirements**:

- 3 or more years developing public cloud (AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, including architecture design/implementation experience with multiple compute, storage, networking, and virtualisation technologies
- Relevant vendor certifications (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud)
- Fluent in speaking and writing English at a business level
- Previous customer-facing and pre-sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in articulating value propositions to customers
- Experience with cloud migrations, cloud readiness assessments
- Previous experience with a Systems Integrator or Consulting organisation would be preferred
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams: sales, business development, service delivery and operations, engineering, consulting
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps technologies and processes
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
