**Inbound Tour Manager**
Responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements and services for individuals or groups to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for inbound travellers.
**Responsibilities**
- Designing and creating detailed travel itineraries for inbound travellers, includes electing and arranging accommodations, transportation, sightseeing activities, and dining options.
- Making reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Maintaining effective communication throughout the travel planning process and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various travel suppliers, such as hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and attractions. Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with suppliers to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Overseeing the logístical aspects of travel arrangements, such as coordinating airport transfers, and arranging local transportation. Ensuring that all travel logistics are well-organized and executed smoothly.
- Monitoring travel advisories, providing travellers with safety information, and having contingency plans in place for emergencies or unexpected situations.
- Developing and managing travel budgets for clients or organizations. Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring that travel services are within budgetary constraints.
- Monitoring the quality of travel services provided to inbound travellers. Conducting regular inspections and assessments of accommodations, and transportation, to ensure meeting established standards.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the destination's culture, attractions, local customs, and regulations.
- Providing customer service throughout the travel process. Being responsive to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that travellers have a positive experience.
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is essential. This includes understanding travel trends, destination information and travel regulations.
- Relevant work experience in the travel industry is highly valuable.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, meet deadlines and coordinating logistics efficiently.
- Strong communication negotiations skills to interaction with various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected situations.
- Proficiency in travel industry software, reservation systems, and other relevant technology tools is beneficial.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to deal with Chinese speaking associates.
**Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
