The purpose of this newly created Sales Enablement position is to shape and drive learning/capability growth initiatives across the APAC (Singapore, HK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand) Go to Market (sales) teams to build sustainable high performance and a customer centric learning and sales culture. A key focus will be to deliver multi-modal learning and drive strong adoption of enablement tools across the customer journey, taking opportunities to coach and provide timely on-the-job feedback across both individual contributor and leader roles. You will take ownership of sales capability and performance building, equipping the APAC sales teams with content, learning, and strategies to bring value to our customers, ultimately supporting Convera’s exciting growth into a FinTech.
**In your role as Senior Sales Enablement Consultant you will**:
- Analyse and determine learning gaps, design, and deliver programs to meet learning gaps to support current business objectives and future Convera transformation
- Contribute to the creation, evolution and delivery of regional and global learning programs which address ‘essential’ skills and knowledge building ranging from sales induction, product and system training, sales tools and technology platforms employing adult learning theory, action learning and competency-based education principles to embed new skills and affect lasting change.
- Work cross functionally with global and regional sales enablement, product, marketing, insights, and operational teams to bring global campaigns and learning programs to the APAC region from facilitation responsibility to post learning adoption/embedment.
- Take accountability for supporting maintenance of required compliance training and Continuing Professional Development to meet in country regulatory requirements under our FSL’s including administration of training records and coordination of training activities
- Assist in the evaluation and measurement of the success and effectiveness of the learning initiatives within Convera including administration of post learning assessments and tracking metrics to identify opportunities to continually improve learning delivery/experience, skills transfer and future learning gaps for the development of new learning.
- Some travel is involved with this role, mainly to Hong Kong.

- This is an individual contributor role, with your manager (Leader, Sales Enablement) based in Australia.
**You will ideally have**:
- Solid (approx. 3 years +) learning & development or sales enablement experience - across the learning life cycle - with a multicultural audience. We do not mind what industry this experience comes from, although experience within a fintech environment will be valued highly.
- The role requires a bold facilitator, creative learning designer, and unrelenting influencer of change with the confidence to assertively communicate and build credibility rapidly with a diverse group of regional and global counterparts/stakeholders
- International team member experience preferred - regional or global
- Desirable but not essential - Psychology / HR / Organisational Development / Coaching / Business or equivalent degree.
- Behaviourally flexible to tailor to the needs and motivators of diverse audiences and get your message to land
- Resilience and proven ability to work in complex, fast moving environments with evolving demands and multiple priorities, start up mentality of a growth organisation
- Expert facilitator of small and large audiences
- Proven to be commercially astute with a human centred approach to drive lasting uplift in skills/knowledge/competency in a sales environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information across all levels in the organization - additional languages a bonus (Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Implementation experience and working knowledge of driving repeatable and scalable sales processes/motions, methodologies, ideally within a CRM tool
- Desirable - experience with online authoring tools such as Captivate or Storyline and experienced in management of a learning management system (LMS)
