**Warehouse & Logistics Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.**Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records / report of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory.
- Conduct regular physical cycle and year-end stock counts to reconcile with inventory system data.
- Oversee stock rotation and ensure stocks are stored according to best practices (e.g., FIFO - First In, First Out).
- Monitor inventory flow, identify stock discrepancies or damage stocks, and report issues to Supervisor.

**2.**Warehouse Operations**
- Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packing and dispatching goods according to order specifications.
- Ensure stocks are stored safely in designated locations, and in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling of all inventory items, ensuring they are free from damage.
- Any other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by mainly the supervisor and/or manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**1.**Education & Experience**
- O'Levels and above are welcomed to apply.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

**2.**Skills**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to communicate and write English to handle queries.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, etc.).
- Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage
- Independent, responsible and a team player
- Proactive self-starter with service mind-set and willingness to learn.
- Class 3 / Class 4 License / Forklift License.
- Good attitude, punctual and reliable.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Forklift certification (if handling warehouse equipment).
