Medical Assistant

**Full Job Description**

1. Front desk duties - registration of patients, dispensing of medication and settlement of daily accounts.

2. Assisting doctors in simple procedures (ECG, Chaperone etc ).

3. Closing of daily accounts and management of drug inventory.

4. Basic housekeeping of clinic and any other duties as required.

5. Assisting Clinic manager in management of clinic.

6. Document and maintain confidentiality of patient records.

**Requirements**:

- GCE N/O level / NTC in any field.
- 5.5 Days Work Week (Mondays to Saturdays)
- No experience required. Training provided.
- Pro-active to patients’ needs and able to Work as a TEAM
- Good communication skills and customer service.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Able to speak Chinese.
- Able to start in short notice

**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $2,300.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
