Job description:
For a Clinic Assistant in an Aesthetic Clinic, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive patient experience by assisting both medical and administrative staff

Key responsibility:
1. Front desk Operation: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and manage appointment scheduling with a friendly and professional demeanor.

2. Patients interact:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and contact details.

3. Administration Support:

- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Handle billing and payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area

4. Appointment management:

- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for both patients and medical staff.
- Send appointment reminders to patients and follow up on missed appointment
- Ensure timely and efficient patient flow through the clinic.

5. Assist medical staff:

- Support medical staff in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring the are well-stocked.
- Assist in minor administrative tasks related to patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment and waiting areas

6. Product knowledge:

- Familiarize yourself with the aesthetic treatments and products offered by the clinic.
- Provide basic information to patients regarding procedure, product and aftercare instructions.

7. Confidentiality and compliance:

- Adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines and data protection regulations
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure clinic compliance

8. Customer service:

- Address patient concerns or inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strive to enhance the overall patients experience by providing exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in performing aesthetic treatments.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products. Procedures and the latest industry trends
- Familiarity with skin analysis techniques and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to build rapport with clients and effectively explain procedures and aftercare instructions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocol and safety guidelines.
- Proficiency in using aesthetic equipment and tools.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and infection control practices.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Continuous commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
