**Duty and Responsibility**

1. Manage in-house team, vendors and subcontractors on A&A works, M&E services & repair works to ensure fulfillment of contract terms and agreement, track project schedule & delivery, ensure project/site works delivered according to customer’s expectations;
2. Supervise in-house & subcon teams to carry out preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance ad-hoc services;
Meeting customers on project reports and related issues to ensure the project on the right track;
4. Perform day-to-day coordination, liaison, control and supervision of all internal and external parties;
5. Conduct site survey for new works and coordinate internally for the work scope and costing;
6. Compliance to EHS and regulatory requirement for all project works carried out;
7. Perform any other project work assigned by team.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in electrical, electronics, engineering, civil, construction or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in electrical, electronics, engineering, construction or M&E contractor company

2. Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical & Engineering systems, technical knowledge in project management will be added advantage

3. Project management skills with capability of multi task handling

4. A team player with excellent time and contractor management, interpersonal and communication skills

5. Willing to work under harsh environment, willing to travel within Singapore is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
