**I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work**
- Oversee construction projects, including attending site meetings and inspections.
- Regularly report on project progress and monitor the schedule.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and with the necessary certifications.

**II- Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise all assigned projects, including cost control and manpower allocation, ensuring work is completed according to contract terms.
- Attend site meetings to track project status and protect the company's interests, ensuring meeting minutes are accurate.
- Work with Architects and Consultants to provide updates on work progress, technical compliance, and variation claims. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project progress and budget.
- Coordinate maintenance of fire protection systems during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
- 44 hours work week
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented
- Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
